First, put your router into TFTP recovery mode, then use our tutorials and tools to recover. Most cases can be resolved without mailing it in for repair.
Methods vary by brand. Generally: disconnect power → hold Reset/WPS button → connect power → release after LED blinks. Check brand-specific tutorial for details.
