Web Recovery
Web recovery is the simplest unbrick method, applicable when you can still access the Web management interface after the router gets bricked.
Entering Web Recovery Mode
General Method
- Power off the router
- Hold the Reset or WPS button
- Power on the router
- Wait about 10 seconds until indicator shows a special blinking pattern
- Release the button
- Open browser and access http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1

Flash Firmware Steps
- Enter Web recovery page
- Find โFirmware Upgradeโ or โSystem Upgradeโ option
- Select correct firmware file (.bin or .trx)
- Click upload
- Wait for upload to complete (~2-5 minutes)
- Router automatically reboots
Notes
- Do not power off during upgrade
- Ensure firmware file exactly matches router model
- Wired connection recommended over WiFi for upload
- Some routers require firmware file to be smaller than 16MB
Troubleshooting
Cannot access Web recovery page
- Check if computer IP is on the same subnet
- Try a different browser (Chrome/Edge)
- Clear browser cache
Upload failed
- Confirm firmware file is not corrupted
- Ensure filename meets requirements
- Try using HTTP instead of HTTPS to access
